L.A. Hearne Company Cover Crop Showcase

The Organic Center invites growers, advisors, and students to the L.A. Hearne Company Cover Crop Showcase. This in-field event will highlight 20 different cover crops and provide practical insights into their performance, management considerations, and benefits for soil health.

The program includes presentations from L.A. Hearne Company and UCCE, as well as live demonstrations and opportunities to speak directly with technical experts. CCA CEUs are pending approval.

The event will be held rain or shine.

EcoFarm Conference

JANUARY 21–24, 2026
ASILOMAR CONFERENCE GROUNDS • PACIFIC GROVE, CA

The EcoFarm Conference brings together more than 1,500 organic, biodynamic, and regenerative farmers, ranchers, and industry leaders for four days of workshops, keynotes, tours, seed swaps, tastings, networking, and community events. Centered on the theme “Seeds of Strength: Empowering Farmers for a Changing Climate,” this year’s gathering focuses on providing agricultural communities with the knowledge, resources, and connections needed to adapt and thrive. 2026 California Plant and Soil Conference

FEBRUARY 3–4, 2026
VISALIA CONVENTION CENTER • VISALIA, CA

Coordinated by the California Chapter of the American Society of Agronomy and supported by Cooperative Extension and UC Agriculture and Natural Resources, the California Plant and Soil Conference promotes the advancement and sharing of scientific knowledge related to plants, soil, and the environment. This annual event offers students, professionals, and other attendees the opportunity to learn about current agronomic topics relevant to California, with many Certified Crop Advisers and Pest Control Advisers participating to earn continuing education units.
